ONI also discovered the location of Sanghelios along with Glyke. Original plan was to set off the Nova bomb on Sanghelios but it was too well protected to get through undetected. Main factor that made Grey team make the decision to blow up Glyke, was during the wait, they got one last message from the UNSC saying CONDITION:ENDGAME. Which meant the Covenant was on Earth.

The prowler wasn't just heavily damaged. It was heavily damaged despite hiding behind a moon on the opposite side of the planet from the bomb. That's how powerful a NOVA Bomb is. They had the entire planet AND a moon between them and it, and it still FUBAR'd their ship

Chief, grey team, noble Six are all dope but honestly spartan James 005 needs to be given another look. Not only did he survive being stuck in the vacuum of space but he became a PMC and was given a fuck ton of autonomy by ONI. He was a one man kill team.

I also love the story about the covenant fleet that captured a nova bomb, and while they were experimenting with it, a engineer accidentally set it off, accidentally blowing up the entire fleet, as well as an entire moon and over half of one of their own planets 🤣🤣

Grey Team was sent out under radio silence ONI attempted to contact them and explain that the war was over but Grey team never got the transmission and detonated the Nova this was after the Ceasefire to so not a good day and I think they were rescued by a swords ship afterward who surprisingly enough didnt have a lot of animosity toward them after the situation was explained
