Eh, I've worked a few service jobs and have had some customers blow up, trauma dump, cry and so on. It took almost no effort to validate them as a realize some folks, and a growing number, have nobody to talk to. I just roll with it and be polite and compassionate. The world needs a bit more kindness and empathy these days.
