Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Tribute using The OLM2 Pro SF using only lightburn ( Lightburn Tips 😁)

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Tribute engraved on 11x14 Picture Canvas Using the Ortur Laser Master 2 20 watt fixed . The image was resized using Gimp . All other settings where set in light burn .The image was then loaded into Lightburn . My settings in lightburn was 6000 mm Speed and 40% power Negative image on Jarvis mode with 304 DPI . The Canvas was prepared with 1 heavy coats of Rustoleum Gloss White Paint and Topped with A Coat Gloss Black Rustoleum . . The burn took 3 Hours and 20 Beautiful Minutes.

Awesome Brother. I have the Laser Master 2 with the 20 watt in 5.5 watt out laser and the new Xtool D1 Pro with extended table. I have the rotary for both. I have been very frustrated with the OLM 2 and Lightburn. Laser Grbl has given me better results. I am going to try your settings and see if I can improve my engravings.

Hey im a fan of your work I have a couple questions,
When burning spray paint do you use any masks or special ventialation? Is it hazardous to do this indoors in my room lets say?
Also can the spray paint catch on fire if i use the laser engraver?

Awesome work! I'm looking to buy an Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro for projects for friends and family. I see there are two options. 1 for better engraving and one for cutting/ with air assist nozzle. If I go with the one that's best for cutting can it also do engraving too? I am trying to possibly cut 1mm plastic or acrylic sheets to make my own guitar picks. But would also like to do these paint canvas projects too for my band. Thanks!
