But, of course, we can't forget about the cofactors needed to run the enzymes, such as zinc is required to activate alcohol dehydrogenase, and Mo is required in order to activate aldehyde dehydrogenase. So every molecule of Co2 must be converted into carbonic acid by the zinc-dependent enzyme carbonic anhydrase, which is needed to convert Co2 into CA.So once again, the minerals are critical factors to running our enzymes, and most of us are minerally bankrupt...

I am a 68 year old male : 6 feet tall, and I weigh 12 stones (78 kg), that is I have a great BMI, and I play tennis and I walk my dog daily. I consumed alcohol regularly at a reasonable rate for years, and during a routine check-up both I and my doc were surprised to find out that I have a fatty liver. So, I chucked the poison completely as I came to the realisation that it was slowly killing me.
