Chefs Andrew Taylor & Mike Wiley deep love of seafood is based on childhood memories spent by the beach. Growing up, they spent their summers catching blue crabs, scarfing down fried clams, and making chowders. Now, they use those memories to create elevated New England coastal fare with an Asian flair, like their famed brown butter lobster roll served on a split-top Chinese steamed bun.

The combo of the backstory of the dish then showing the preparation of the dish was great. Definitely added to my "go-to" list for Maine. Thanks for posting

Dang. So many great looking dishes. Another excellent Eat Seeker but kind of wished this were a Fork Yeah to hear comments on the food. That waffle looked interesting. 👍

the lobster roll wasn't that special. also, it cost $15 and it's very tiny. Someone ate three of these and was still hungry after paying the bill.

Eventide is awesome, but that’s no “Maine” lobster roll, toasted bun and mayo, don’t say that Massachusetts/Connecticut shit is Maine traditional bruh
