This controller only support Windows through the dongle and usb, and android through bluetooth. Just like u I assumed that it works on all platforms, I would have went for the Nova Lite if I knew this, I didnt check properly before I ordered it. But plus side, the controller really feels high quality.

You say switch yet it is not supported, Please if you have a way of connecting, share it with the community, I bought 2 of those. Also not even on their website it says that it supports switch, and buttons are Xbox style so I don't think it will be a supported option, and to note on this same controller but it has a Bluetooth in the name instead of wireless is supported, make sure you know your details before sharing misinformation

Really makes you wonder what Microsoft is doing charging what they do for something that feels so chintzy, cheap, crappy, hollow, plasticky, and bad.

8bitdo controllers are the same or less expensive than Xbox controllers with superior feature set and significantly better feel in hand.
