Low Back Pain: BL 23 Acupuncture Point - BL23 (Shenshu) in traditional Chinese medicine is to strengthen and tonify the lower back, alleviate lumbar pain, and support the overall health of the lumbar region. BL23 is commonly used to address chronic lower back pain, lumbar muscle strain, sciatica, and weakness in the lower back and knees.
