BIO: Ruslan Pelykh was born in Ukraine in 1982. While receiving a technical education, he also began freelancing as an artist and illustrator. Pelykh’s career started with art direction and photography for magazines. In 2011 he started to work as a film director. Since 2013 he lives in New York City where he works as full time film director, video editor and photographer. He currently shoots advertising, fashion and music videos, video art projects and spend hours with postproduction because each detail in his videos from effects to skin retouching made by himself.
