Making Iced Coffee with Dunkin Donuts

The coffee professionals at Dunkin showed us how to make a cool drink on $1 Iced Coffee Day.

Lol I work at Dunkin' Donuts, and this is NOT how any employees make iced coffee

1. We don't mark the cups. Ever. 
2. We just scoop the ice with the cup itself, don't normally use the ice scooper. 
3. You add the milk/sugar AFTER you've filled cup with coffee. 
4. To mix, you put the lid on the cup and swirl with your wrist. Only use spoon for Iced lattes. 
5. You don't fist the bag when you put a donut/muffin in it. You simply drop it in. 
6. You always ask the customer if they want different donuts in a seperate bag.

Any brave employees out there might be willing to share what the coffee to water ratio is when they brew a batch of hot regular coffee? Preferably in weight-ounces ratio? I have a commercial pour-over maker at home (picked one up used and in good shape) and am trying to get the ratio and grind size correct.

there's no consistency, i never have this problem with Starbucks. . .

everytime i order an iced coffee with no sugar and a flavor, they add a shit ton of flavor- like they're compensating for the lack of sugar =/
