We boil it first to get tender then salad recipe after it's too chewy when I pressure cook it it get tender and easier to eat

l saw it in one of your videos trying to do new dishes: it will be great if you do a white tender meat raw fish dish. The key ingredients are fish meat cut in cubes, water (depends on how much u need), sugar, salt, lemon, onions and coconut milk (curry is optional) you can add veggies like the ones in this video....Mix them altogether and leave in the freeze to cool a little....it works with tuna as well but then you have to wash the meat thoroughly to remove excess bloods in the red meat....it goes well with bata or fried meat and rice 😁😁
