You should try the conch salad out by Potters Cay under the bridge that goes to Atlantis. You have McKenzies and a few other places. To me their conch salad more better and have more of the Bahamian touch. Some of those people put too much salt sometimes cause they may not be Bahamian making it. Some good crack conch as well. A lot of tourists go Arawak Cay, because Taxis carry them there and plenty people hang out there on weekend, but the jewel is right under the bridge and better prices.

Matthew, the acidity from the lime juice "scorches" (cooks) the conch. I love the precision used by the two men cutting up all the fresh ingredients! You can't get fresher conch than this! (It still moving) You are so blessed to enjoy fresh conch salad in the Bahamas. Enjoy!

I had a delicious tropical conch salad in Bimini Bahamas....fresh and flavorful. I like the conch meat with medium chunks...bahama mama drinks. I would like to visit Harbour Island with the pink sand.

Used to make conch salad when i lived in New England 🇺🇸. Sliced the conch, whole, paper thin. The use of lemon/lime juice and vinegar tenderize the conch. Refrigerated for two or three days. Perfect!
