Any tips for remembering the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 technique? I can never remember the task for each number.

It's logical. The biggest the number the easiest to find those sensations. It's easier to see 5 things than to taste 5 things. Taste is just one because it's the taste you have in your mouth. 2 two for smells because you can identify 2 from your surroundings, but if you can find just one, you can try smelling your clothes, for example, and so two (surroundings and clothes). 5 you can see because it's the sensation woth more posible options. Then youre left wit 4 and 3 for touch and hear. I usually mix them, but i really dont care because the important part about this exercise is about putting your mind on other line of thinking apart from the overthinking, so you can choose one or the other depending on your options (usually they say that 4 is for touching, but sometimes the situation doesn't allow you to be around feeling things, so you can switch 4 to sound tou can gear and 3 to things you can touch)
