I’m really bad at socializing, hence why I go to social training but these videos have been helping me a lot to read emotions and be able to act out a conversation from there, so I can know if they’re uncomfortable, something is upsetting them, etc

But you also have to know how individual people express their emotions. You cannot tell everything from a face

I'm an empath, but I'm also autistic. I can't tell when the people I'm close with are joking around, but when they start crying, you better believe I'm right there crying with them.

To each its own everyone's faces based off emotion are just a little different

Remember, anger and all these other emotions can and will be showed differently for each person, and that doesn’t mean that you are always able to tell who is feeling what emotion.
