2 Medium size Grated Aloo (Potato)
1 cup Gehu ka Ata (Wheat flour)
1 Tsp oil
2 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli)
1 inch Adrak Grated(Ginger)
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes or Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Ajwine (Carom seed)
1/2 Tsp Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
1 Tsp Dhania Jeera Powder (Coriander cumin seed powder)
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Kala Namak (Black salt)
1 Tsp Amchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder)
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tbl sp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 cup Gehu ka Ata (Wheat flour)
1 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
1/2 Tsp Deshi Ghee
Apply Melted Ghee Dry Flour
Serve with Dahi & Tomato Ketchup (Curd)
