ALOO PARATHA RECIPE WITH LIQUID DOUGH | NO ROLLING, NO KNEADING | ALOO PARATHA RECIPE | N'Oven

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 LARGE SIZE POTATO
CUT
POUR IN HOT WATER & BOIL
PEEL THE SKIN
GRATE
MASH WELL
½ TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
¼ TSP TURMARIC POWDER
1 TSP CHOPPED ONION
1 TSP CORIANDER LEAVES
1 TSP MUSTARD OIL
SALT AS PER TASTE
MIX WELL
1 CUP FLOUR
1 & 1/3 CUP WATER
MIX WELL
MIX THE POTATO MIXTURE
BRUSH OIL ON FRY PAN
POUR THE BATTER & SPREAD EVENLY
FRY WELL BOTH SIDE
POUR 1 TSP OIL

For all those who are thinking to make it .. the reality will not meet your expectations. Cooking is a science, chemistry in which taste changes, even with minute change in receipe .. so this is no way a alloo paranta .

I used to make like this when I was a kid and I didn't know how actually the aaloo paratha is made. But it soak a lot of oil and its taste is different.. I rather prefer, The regular aaloo paratha
