at [one hr 7 minutes in], Dr. Weinstock gave an ingenious hypothesis about how excercise and movement keeps 'foodstuffs' moving in a 'forward downward' direction. It makes sense that that would be the case. In particular, for those of us with a (possible/probable) loose or "floppy" ileocecal valve (as is often the case for people like me who are very limber and hyperextendable, due to a genetic snip), then that constant movement would keep contributing to moving the gut contents 'forward/downward' to kind of 'compensate' any backwards movement of foodstuff. THIS IS GREAT as it motivates me to dance more and do yoga every time I stand up from the desk etc. yay!

Another great interview. This guy’s got a lot of great insight to contribute; he just lacks some of those important social skills to build on the host’s comments and make the conversation more fluid.

@34:48 'felt to me every time..' . Wondering if u and i have weak stomach acid level because we eat right, yet SIBO is persistent . i always remember i had NO digest problems when 20 eating sugar, sugar, & junk . But ever since 45 (77 now) waves of methane SIBO . Most bloating well under control now but, constipation ever present . Thinking of sipping organic Apple Cider Vinegar to strengthen ability to kill pathogens coming in and to start digestion properly . shalom, a.j.

It would be preferable to have a transcript link of this discussion, as there are some muffled audio in this podcast.
