Judges shouldn’t put up with cops lying on the stand and in official documents, officers should be charged with falsifying official documents and this behavior will stop.

In my state of Iowa, even if your DUI charge is dismissed (for any reason), the DOT will still keep your license revoked until you jump through THEIR hoops. Disgusting.

Cops don't feel the need to document facts that point to a person's innocence. That would get in the way of padding their stats, overtime pay, NHTSA grants, and MADD awards.
