Another piece of evidence that Illinois could be home to Springfield. In Shelbyville, IL, There Is a grocery store where there are donuts. Above the donuts is a sign of Homer Simpson eating a donut. No joke this actually exists.

Imagine if there's 4 springfields meaning there's multiple familys thats why they act so different and perhaps why they never grow up. Also there is technically 3 springfields from when homer becomes sanitation commissioner and springfield moves 5 miles down the road. And also when the simpsons move to the out lands and build a new springfield. I think it's safe to say there is at least 3 springfields.
