I remember when this game was all about being opened with their development and listening to the players feedback and suggestions, thus the name “Project” Cars

Project C.A.R.S. (Community Assisted Racing Simulator). Seems like an inappropriate title for a game that doesn't even have pitstops, let alone the Forza Horizon/Need For Speed style XP system.
