This song means so much to me. I played it for my great grandma while she was passing to calm her. It was one of the hardest things i’ve ever done. The last thing she said to me was “beautiful music”. I’ll never forget that and every time I hear this song I get emotional. Love you Mamo R.I.P.

Thank you all for your kind words. It has been hard without her but I have all of you to thank for helping me get through this. All of your comments mean so much to me and I am truly grateful for all of the thoughtful things you all have said. Thank you.

Bonham is up in heaven, listening to this, nodding his approval while making futile efforts to tap out a beat on a passing cloud.

One of the most underrated rock songs of all time, this is pure masterpiece. Only Led can do this

I've known this song since l was 16. I'm now 63 and a retired pro guitarist. I've never seen this version before. I'm in tears. Plant and page are mesmerising as is the backing ensemble. I'm watching it for the third time now. They'll never be another band like Zeppelin.

I’ve probably said this before but my husband played this so beautifully! He passed away in 2004 and I still think about him everyday

Everytime i hear this song, i wonder how Jimmy came up with the chords and fills for this song. It's ever changing and just so beautiful. I also wonder why drugs exist when songs like this exist. Thank you Led Zeppelin.

2011, my boyfriend died suddenly in a motorcycle accident. He sent me this song from Beyond and it will forever be Our Song.

Whomever disliked this obviously cannot ever fathom the possible depths of vocal and acoustic beauty...

I love the little nod Robert gives Jimmy right after the last chord rings out.

A friend asked me what’s your favorite song of all time, only one song he said, no one had ever asked such question, I paused for I moment, and now that I’m 60 years old, in the winter of my life I responded, the Rain Song, by Led Zeppelin, I admitted that I had some rain along the seasons of my life but it was worth it.

Imagine being told by a Beatle that you can't write a ballad and producing a masterpiece out of spite...Jimmy page is a rock god.
