Odd how sleeping on your back has such an impact. I refused to sleep this way for many years and for just this reason. Exposing your solar plexus has consequences.

Hi. I do have this thing where I don't feel any vibrations, eventually I just "feel" out, make sense? I even had an entity move my light body sideways, by the ankles, across the bed, after I, in my mind, kept asking for assistance, because I haven not had the audible separation, again. I was so surprised by ACTUAL assistance that I funnily just lay like that across my bed, head and legs over side of bed. And just lay there with the thought, sooo...what now?? 🤣🤣 Instead of being in the moment and just putting my legs down or just look up and open my eyes, but I never did lol. I was just like "so what now?" in hindsight it was really funny I bet they(those who assisted me) had had a face palm moment right then ! Then probably laughed at me for being so...human. This taught me 2 things, 1. "They" are always there, or at least, always aware of me and listening. 2. The universe is a F%&*ing awesome place.

Good video, thank you! I've never gotten past the "wakefulness check"--the impulse to move is too strong. Do you have any tips for keeping still?

You did’t have a lucid dream but had an OBE

How do you know when to try and sit up? What's the sweet spot that won't wake you up?

I always fall asleep, any suggestions? I often put one hand on my stomach and shortly after I’m asleep.

I'm not sure I do this yet in some of my day dreams while still awake I will experience the part of the dream like falling and hitting the go back and do it again yet this time I'm watching myself fall and hit etc. Only one time did I awaken and realize I could not move. I started to panic cuz I needed to get off my arm that was asleep and I could not move it was really frightening. When after a while I could move I was fully awake and got up out of bed and paces the room for a while till I went back to bed. Good stuff.

Is this astral projection? Do you actually see Hypnagogic imagery behind closed eyes?

this is NOT Lucid Dreaming. Its Astral Travel. Very different and this youtube creator should have known better if such videos are to be made.
