Hey, everyone! There always seems to be something a few folks find wrong with the build even after we've fixed the primary issue. In this case, his top fans were set to intake. I'd normally swap these around, but he'd end up with more exhaust fans than intakes = negative internal case pressure = dust influx from PCIe slot cover area (ask me how I know). The top of this case has a dust filter as well, so I left things as is. And the "heat rises so that's inefficient" argument goes out the window the moment you introduce any sort of active cooling component. Hope this clears it up. Not the end of the world either way, but not something I was willing to change in the moment 👍

I know at some point I’ll have to troubleshoot something and I appreciate this series teaching us how to deal with odd issues. Even just working through a problem can make you better at dealing with new issues. Great series!

Yes! It’s like watching a good mystery show, always trying to guess what could be causing the problem. Thanks for the informative and entertaining content Greg!

I've become so attached to this series that hearing "This here is another viewer's...BROKEN gaming PC" is like hearing the intro to a beloved TV show.

Things I've learned in your channel lately since watching the series. When there's no display output, one of the many things could be the problem... A) It could be the bios, which is not updated to properly work with the current cpu and gpu. B) Ram may not have been put in properly. C) Could be the power supply. D) CPU socket/issue and whatnot. E) The GPU itself. F) And finally the motherboard itself. I think I'm getting better at diagnosing the problem and all thanks to this wonderful channel :)

Greg I just wanted to thank you for the awesome and wholesome content you put out. You help out so many people with information, not to mention the persons systems that you diagnose, fix, upgrade and clean. I've learned a ton from watching you, I built my first PC back in 2019 and did a piss poor job of cable managing the entire rig. Today I found the motivation to deep clean and reroute my whole build with confidence, thanks to you and your videos ( Wish I took pics to tweet at you ) but totally was an afterthought haha.. Keep on doing what you do Greg, will always appreciate your content. Hope you can get your Million Subscribers milestone by 2023!

It's good to note that PC Part Picker will notify you if there are potential bios complications. Good stuff Greg, I was wondering how easy it was to rectify this problem, I actually went with a 10600k, mostly because this issue kept showing up with the parts I wanted to get in an AMD build.

Having a great time following this series Greg. Thanks for the great content. I have an LED strip in my case that is one color off from the rest of the build after calibration in software but all connections seem to be connected correctly. Strange. Hoping one day you cover this so I can glean some how to from you. Cheers!

Greg it's definitely nice seeing you troubleshoot helping the rest of us with future probs. Also, not all heroes wear capes and you definitely save that person's build.

I would love it if you would place the viewers hardware piece by piece in the description. I love some of these builds and how clean and modern they look.

I would love to do a mockup for my room.
