No dilemma. We are not the same person microsecond to microsecond, so any teleportation machine could keep personhood intact by simply kicking us one moment into the future. IOW, a theoretical machine would be able to measure our present atomical positions, so if it just clocked us over to the next set of atomical positions in a different location, we wouldn't even lose thought continuity.

(The calculations necessary are what makes Star Trek teleportation impossible, not technological know-how. It doesn't matter if we can figure out how to recombine matter, there's never going to be enough energy in the universe to calculate the atomical info of a mouse, much less a human.)
