.............................................................

This is the Honda Jazz! It's an all-new model of Honda's small hatchback, and it's received upgrades across both the exterior and interior! Sure, the changes aren't HUGE, but as with any small car when a new model is launched, you can probably guess where most of the changes will be made. However, there's one change you may not have been expecting - the new Jazz is only available as a hybrid!

For us UK viewers, you’ll only have the one engine to choose from - a 1.5-litre petrol engine along with two electric motors, producing 109hp and a claimed economy of 61mpg! But with a rather large price of £19,000 for this rather small car, is the new Jazz the standout little legend of 2020? You’ll have to join Mat for his latest review and find out!

Greetings from South Africa. I just wanted to say I still own my 2003 first generation Honda Jazz. It has 460000km on the clock. And still going strong 17 years later. I was 33 when I bought it. I don't pay attention to all the negative things people say about Honda's and touch screens and cheap plastics. In my book they are bomb proof. I have owned virtually every Honda model out there. Done over 3 million kilometres. They are the greatest cars out there for people who want to keep their cars for 10 years and longer.

It’s interesting that in UK the Jazz is a 4 wheel scooter for elderly people, But in Asia it’s usually the first modified car of young people.

The last Fiesta I had had to be scrapped at 7 years old thanks to rust. My wife's 8 year old Jazz looks and drives like new. Nuff said.

Former jazz owner (in late 20s) I bought it because it was cheap efficient spacious and very well made, I would buy one again especially for it's usability if you have a young family

This is actually a really charming little car full of clever features. It knows its target market and it gives them everything they could possibly want. Nothing wrong with that!

The old jokes were hilarious, but on a serious note I’m 33 and have the older jazz si, with two kids the jazz is without a doubt the most practical small hatchback, the rear seats come in handy more often than you think, the boot space is a lot bigger on the older model and the best thing - we have had it 3 years and other than routine servicing it hasn’t cost a penny and nothing has broken, unlike other brands I have owned, my brand new 2015 at the time vw polo engine failed in the first year, I then bought a new ford fiesta which overheated, got fed up and bought a Honda where not a single thing has broken

I actually really like the look of it, it's almost like an antidote to all these aggressive modern cars with huge grilles.

A brilliant small car that feels like you are in a larger car. I had one as a courtesy car for a week and can honestly say I would find no hardship in downsizing to one of these. I did 230 miles of mixed driving and got 78mpg! Just brilliant, but I do wish an opening sunroof was available.

Recently bought one, it's my first car. This video helped me decide it was worth checking out. I found it very easy and comfortable to drive, if that makes me old then so be it.

I've always loved Honda's little subcompact. Most of the generations of it were actually very athletic little things, and all of them could carry a crazy amount efficiently. But sadly for us the Fit (the Jazz but here in the U.S) is being discontinued soon and will not come back, at least here in America. Honda Jazz, American enthusiasts will miss you

Me at the beginning of the video: That's one hell of an ugly car...
Me at the end of the video: I can see myself driving that...
