Child not in car seat dies in West Phoenix crash

Phoenix PD says a 4-year-old who was not in a car seat has died after a crash Wednesday near 67th Avenue and Camelback Road.

Very sad. You would think one would drive extra carefully with a small child in the car instead of flooring it showing off the the corvette. The poor young child paid the price for the parents complete lack of responsibility.

My grandma was a teacher at his school.
She loved seeing his face everyday and loved his “bubbly” personality. He always said hi to her in the hallways and was one of my grandmas favorite students.
Even though I’ve never met Lalo, I can imagine how kind and nice he was.
