A month or so ago Google referred me to one of your tutorials in response to a question I had. Also, older folks typically have the time and $ than younger ones .. we're through with youngins (unless grandkids), maybe retired .. more in charge of our time! Younger, with a career and kids, I'd squeeze in crafting. Now I can dedicate all the time, effort, and $ I want. Besides, I love your tutorials.

For the first time since I got my machine, I am having trouble loading my mat! I'm so disappointed as I had such confidence in it. I tried a couple of tips...snipping corners, placing painters tape on back, etc. I'm sort of wondering about some tape inside the machine.
Is there a way to look inside without removing screws?
I did order a new mat.
