Years ago, when I was just kid, I watched this series without subtitles and, because I'm not a native english speaker, I thought he said "you gotta be on your act" as if that was some kind of an expression meaning "you have to be a man and go do your duty".

That guy really played a pompous doctor well. The Sopranos had so many great character actor performances in one and done episodes or just a few episodes that also helped the show achieve greatness.

The amount of comedy in the sopranos is so underrated

To me this was one of the most savage moments on the show. Even when they murdered someone, they were there to murder to begin with. This scene they were there to intimidate a doctor subtly and with class. Furio didn't give a fuck. "Stupida facking game" "You gotta bee on your hat"
