I do like stories where the protagonists are already a couple and a very healthy one at that.

Too many "Will they or won't they" stories that often end without an answer.

I’m married and my wife and I loved this game! Yu and Kay’s interactions are extremely relatable and we constantly found ourselves laughing and borderline shocked at how similar the issues they deal with on a daily basis related to our own. Definitely a game better enjoyed by couples. Not sure if singles or those who have never been in a long lasting committed relationship will quite understand the charm of this story. Love is a gift for sure. 10/10

It worth mentioning the amazing soundtrack made by Danger. The game definitely woudn't be the same without his songs

I don't mind the resource gathering because the hover-soaring is great fun and the music during those sequences is gorgeous! - even addictive. Also the story is based around the couple having escaped their previous lives and are trying to survive in some interplanetary backwater. That need for resources, food and fuel especially, is a part of the story the game is telling as well as a way to build the couple's relationship. It's not a survival simulator but surviving together as a theme of the game is fairly important to the whole game. It's less about fetch quests as it is about having relevant reasons to explore the world that the game is set on.
Anyway I'm really enjoying it so far and will continue playing tonight.

Don't forget the soundtrack - made by Danger, it's a real TREAT. He also was one of the main contributors to the Furi soundtrack!!!

I just beat it and I’m so happy and sad. Happy that it was calming and seems to have different endings to go back and play, but sad because it’s over. I’m glad you guys were able to look past the admittedly boring collect-athon aspects of the game. Hope other people try to out as well. It’s free on game pass anyways

Your telling IGN gave FURI a 6/10 but this gets an 8/10 because “relationships yay!” Not that Haven’s review score wasn’t deserved, but I feel like IGN really dropped the ball with the FURI review.
