The sad thing is that there were people who still worked there until 2001 which means we might be looking at survivors who survived in 1993 but sadly died in 2001

The man who said this place is a death trap couldn’t have been more right😔

There was one survivor of 1993 who died in 2001. That was the head of security for Morgan Stanley, Rick Rescorla. When the first building was struck in 2001, he ordered that everyone in their building evacuate, even though they were told to stay in place. There are 2000 people still alive who might not have been. Rick stayed, looking for all the business employees, and was there when the collapse occured.

The guy who said it's a death trap had no idea how right he was

My aunt survived it that day.
She worked on the 97th floor.
It took her 5 hours to get to the bottom of the building in heavy smoke.
Luckily her company relocated out of the twin towers in 1995 or else I do not think she would be here.

The man saying this place is a death trap @6:12 really speaks volumes. I could never accept a job working in a building that is one hundred plus floors high.

The fact that the smoke rose all the way to the top of the towers in 1993 should have been a major red flag. The guy who said they were death traps had no idea how right he was

It’s amazing how much better film was when 9/11 happened 8 years later. It’s such a shame that people in 1993 warned of how hard this building was to evacuate and no one seemed to listen.

I’ll never forget this. Shame how many folks have no idea this ever happened.

17:03 that's my beautiful mother :) still smiling after after almost dying. I'm sure if she had been in the towers on 911 she'd still probably be smiling till the end

“There was smoke where there shouldn’t be smoke on the 105th floor” - 6.15 - something about that statement is very eerie, but speaks volumes to what happened 7 years later.

Wow this disaster is so swept under the rug. The only way I know about this was from listening to biggie

so sad, sticking their heads out the window begging for someone to notice them. and in 2001 the same thing happens again, just with smoke and fires even more deadly for thousands of people

This is haunting some of these people would be in those towers again 7 years later...some of these fire fighters and first responders would go into those very same buildings again.... Some of these faces we see would Never to return home. They should have used these 93 bombing footage to help find missing love ones :(

These people were smart. They never waited for an announcement, they went down right away. Some people in 9/1- stayed in their offices

A pregnant woman passed away. On Feb. 26, 1993, her last day before maternity leave, Monica Rodreguez Smith was having lunch in the complex’s basement when a bomb exploded in the nearby parking garage. She was 35 years old.

I feel so bad that the grown up kids are still creeped out by that, those 5 year old are probably 32 or 33 and told the story to their kids
