How to Change Message Format from HTML to Rich Text or Plain Text in Outlook

In today's lesson, you will learn how to change message format from HTML to Rich text or Plain Text in Outlook.
Open Outlook app.
Click on File at the top panel. Select Options from the list. Go to Mail.
Look for Compose Messages block. Click on the drop-out list next to the Compose Messages in this format option. Select Rich Text or Plain text from the list. Click Ok.
