Find and Replace formatting - on dates - Advanced Excel - #shorts

Dates should always be in dd-mmm-yy format.
This avoids the confusion about which number is day and which one is month. Here is a powerful way to make sure all dates are in the right format.
Across multiple blocks of data and across multiple sheets.
No select all. No format painter.
The humble Find - Replace. Amazingly useful and powerful.

This will not work if the cells have other formatting like color / borders.
