I decided to try make a change in the DJ community and build a YouTube channel mainly for New DJs to get tips/tricks and advice
As we have all experienced, when you ask another DJ for advice they usually ignore you or don’t tell you anything and I want to change that.
So anything DJ related I feel like you need to know when starting out I have created a video on it.

I have created all these videos so new djs can get the information they need to progress in their dj career.
I have nearly 150 videos on my channel so run through and see if there’s anything that you like.

Good review. Just a heads up, the gain (92 dbs) is the level of the track. If a song is lower in sound, this feature levels out all your songs to the same level.

Pros - All tracks sound relatively the clear or at the same level.

Con - some updates may cause a song to red line in order to keep the same decibel level. It could still be fixed by manually adjusting adjust the tracks was not peeking in the red.

Auto gain turns up or down depending if the song is recorded too low or too loud. Makes life easy so your not peaking when you change songs

pretty decent. Thank you, you answered 3 things that i needed to know. I think the 33/45 bit just means the platter spins faster, it doesnt affect the speed of the record. If you set it to 33, then it sounds normal, equally if you set it to 45 it sounds normal, where this is used, is if you are scratching, If you are at 33, then a word like FRESH, is shorter, whereas 45 it is longer.

The Auto Gain setting will keep all songs mastered to the same level. Streaming platforms do this but if you bring in an mp3 or some local artists song, it may be mastered super low. This setting will attempt to match all tracks in loudness
