Azure Pipelines parallel deployment

In this video you can see how to parallel deployment of your apps using Azure Pipelines, Multi-configuration deployments.
You can run multiple deployments in parallel, example Web API's and Website can be deployed at the same time (not sequentially)

what if I need more than one parameter which vary for each application - can I specify two sets of variables for each run ?
