Hello mate, you know after you cut your lawn and then overseed the patches, is it okay to pit down fertilizer over the freshly cut grass and the overseeded areas?

Think I'm going to have a change this year. I'm going to use a slow release granular fertiliser in May and then another in autumn. Also going to to monthly backpack sprayer of seaweed wetting agent and liquid fertiser at the same time.

Nicely put together. I’m mid drift in renovating my lawn, this time round I’m not going mad with levelling though as time and funds don’t permit it. That said, I’ve given it a really hard scarifying, air rated it yesterday ( hollow tine ) and I’m going to be hopefully putting a bit of top soil around losing some bumps today and over seeding? We’ll see how this turns out. I have a new build, so I’m unlucky enough to have clay soil which is compacted! So I’m gonna make the best of what i have.
Oh, and my hayter 36 arrived this week so I’m gonna give it a go in my front lawn at some point

I have been overseeding my lawn but its a bit yellow and patchy from last year. Can i use chemical lawn feed straight away? Says on the internet that chemical ferts kill young grass?
