I've enjoyed listening to the Hanging With Hero on 3 hour trips to visit my elderly Mom. I'm 70 and have been enjoying stamping for over 30 years so I've experienced the journey and growth of the industry. Thank you!

It's been amazing watching Simon grow as a creative spirit! Seeing the pictures of his early years makes my mom heart happy.

Simon, it's really important that you dont compromise your vision. We need young people in the industry bringing concepts that will connect with young consumers to continue to grow papercrafting! If we don't shift, it will 😢

I'm finally able to watch the replay. Simon is an awesome talented guy. I love watching his videos and how patient he is when doing his techniques. Cheers to Hero Arts, Aaron, Jennifer & Simon!

A bit late to this, but I wanted to say I definitely got started in card making from Simon's YT shorts. I was already in the environment from having a Cricut. But I think it definitely moved me away from the computer cut to more of the handmade.

Jennifer, Aaron, and Simon are all great inspirations and so glad to have found this community!

I love the story of Simon's initial start in crafting. My granddaughter is ADHD ~ I just texted my daughter about Simon channeling his creative energy into crafts (though she'd probably be happiest playing Zelda every waking minute LOL). Thank you for sharing that with us Simon. That really touched my heart! And can I just add that we know we're happy to be in the rabbit hole if we're happy to watch a 1h 23m just TALKING about card-making and not watching any cards get made! LOLOL

Loving this format, learning about the wonderful content creators. Grateful too, that replays are available; life doesn't work out to catch the lives very often. Really enjoying the "rabbit hole"! Cardmaking is my place of calm contentment. 💌

Enjoy this series, so informative. As I’m listening I am creating cards with many of my Hero Arts rubber stamps. They sit on my shelf in my craft room as part of my decor & inspiration. Please keep making this type of video.

I enjoyed the replay. It's so unfortunately for me that I'm working every time you go live. Please keep up the great work. Thank you all.❤😊

Aaron I was blown away by your reference to "Sliding doors" movie. It has long been a favorite of mine as I've had one of those moments like in the moving at the end with the erring. My now husband made one of those kind of comments that I'd said many times before. It came from Gumball Rally movie where the Italian driver talks about things that appear in his rear view mirror. It is an obscure comment and no one, until him, had ever heard it much less repeat it as he finished my sentence with the rest of the quote. I knew right then that we needed to be together. We've been married over 20 years. You mentioning the movie just made me recall my moment with him after all these many years. I've loved this hanging with Hero series. I've been die cutting lots of images for a future class I'm teaching and listening to all of them and REALLY enjoying them all. Some stories I knew, most I didn't. Thanks for being the Godfather of rubber stamps and producing these informational videos. Big thanks to JM also for her contribution. I was a long time Hero Kit member just because of JM's videos using the kits. Big thanks

The best thing in crafting I came up with (because Simon is telling the story about putting stuff ob projects which are drying): get yourself one of those cookie cooling racks! Mine is three tiers it only takes up a little more desk space than a standard piece of cardstock (8x5 inches or so? Sorry, I have such a hard time with the US measurements…) but you can put a good twelve or so cardfronts on there at any one time…
