When the Judgement on Amaravati was delivered, general opinion on Judiciary went sky-high but after GO1, R5 Zone etc apprehensions have started. Eyebrows of many, many even at the common level, have raised after the felicitation particularly in view of the fact Amaravati case will be coming up in Supreme Court very shortly. They say justice should not only be given, should appear to be given. Same principle applies to those who are expected to keep a distance&give no scope for controversies remain so to avoid uncomfortable questions from different sections of society. Like justice is equal to privileged and unprivileged, God is also equal to all. Here after people will keep the fingers crossed even on confident issues in the top Courts even.

Judges are respected by people and they should not indulge into curupt practices. Judges need good personality, commitment to society.
Just like lok pal, there must be an independent authority to check curupt practices of judges.
There is no independent full pledged authority to probe illegal things and curupt practces done by Judiciary functioners.
It has become at their free will.
There should be strong authority.
