Wow. This was great. Well done, I know what a pain in the rear it is to get all these shots, it’s like the least fun video to make, but it’s really helpful. I am shocked by how well the M6 II held up, I couldn’t tell the difference really.

Thank you for this test! My 'eye' kept getting drawn to B - wow! I currently have a 90D for video and an 80D for the side shot, contemplating whether or not to upgrade to the same sensor with a smaller body (M6II) to replace the 80D or opt for the R7 as my first and 90D as the second. This test gave me a lot to consider!

Thanks. Great video! I'm surprised how bad the c-log footage looks - it seems way to oversaturated and digital sharpened. I hope it's just a bad LUT or an error in the post processing.

I love my m6ii. Absolute best value for talking head and webcam. Especially between 2 43" screens and with the 50mm 1.2!!!

Even without clog, the R7 was obvious, due to its much better dynamic range. Especially noticeable in your self-portrait shot.

R10 (C) was the best in my opinion throughout, there were a few clips I felt that A and B were a close 2nd but the R10 was consistently impressive

Just bought m6. Even if it is slightly less sharp on 4k, it is the only one I can poket on my jeans! got to consider that as well. with 22mm lens it is just perfect size. and only one in that camp i guess. Nice vid man!

Watching it on a nice 4K monitor in 4K I could easily tell that camera B (M6m2) was not as good as the other two. The camera D (LUT on R7) looked wacky super saturated.
So for landscape beautiful video reel I think it is totally worth to get the R7.
For youtube where most people watch on mobile the M6m2 and R7 make no difference unless people colorgrade.
I shoot 95% of my youtube content on M6m2 despite now having R5. The M6m2 with a 22mm pancake on a tripod is just so nice and small.

i preferred B and C. if i was going to color grade i would go for B, if i wanted straight out of camera i preferred C. D was unusable. A was good just didnt feel sharp enough. i could live with A and alittle sharpening.

wow man, the r7 rules the r10 was right there with the r7 but the color was a bit more subtle to the r7 the m6 was good to the point it got lost in the bunch. great video.
