Crispy Pata test run for Christmas!#crispypata

I used pork shoulders... but it will work better with the pork legs. We wanted to do the test run before our Christmas Eve celebration! it was VERY GOOD THOUGH!

I pressured cook and then boiled with all the necessary ingredients...then, air fried it for 20 minutes on each side.
