We will learn the specific language used in hypothesis testing.
CASE 1: The test statistic falls within the critical region.
Therefore we REJECT the null hypothesis with a 5% level of significance.
Therefore the product MEETS the required standard (if H0=fails the standard)
CASE 2: The test statistic does not fall within the critical region.
Therefore we FAIL TO REJECT the null hypothesis with a 5% level of significance.
Therefore the product DOES NOT MEET the required standard (if H0=fails the standard).

It's pretty funny seeing how it's like a triple negative results in a negative...like "failing to reject the failing case (null)" is basically "failing case"
