The offside technology is what i would think has made football boring because some offsides are just too minimal to even be called offside. People want goals that's why they're complaining that euros 2024 is boring. The idea that technology is going to give us perfect games is just ridiculous. Then players get booked for some simple tackles which just make it hard for players to tackle their opponents. These are some of the things which restricts the flow of football. The problem is the balance between manager tactics and players quality. Good tactic is always needed, but on the other hand it's pointless to spend a lot of money to buy players just to run and pass the ball.

Fuad with the half thought out theories again. Liverpool under Klopp had system that was entertaining. The issue in Prem is that we have a win now/win regardless mentality. Chelsea/City and Liverpool have contributed with their record points tallys (which is natural for top teams too strive for), but couple that with mid/bottom half teams becoming better footballing institutions in terms of tactics and tech, this has resulted in tighter matches.
