Hi, I have a 2019 CRV. How can I tell it's a 1.5 liter or a 2.4 liter engine as I guess they have different sizes of engine oil filter?

So using a bottle of engine oil of 946mL (1 US Qt) to use 3.7 Qt. Where does the 4th bottle would mark to have the 3.7 Qt.? The bottle has this measure: 800, 600, 400, 200ML
