S means sending, a faded D means it's delivered but the person haven't opened the app yet, a normal/dark D means delivered and they have opened the app but not Read it, R means the person has Read the message

To know if someone blocked you, you gotta invite them to a group. A little notification will say you are not chatting with this person something like that then that means your blocked

The faded D means that they either have no internet connection atm but still received the message or they deleted the kik app but didn't log out .

it could also be sending, done, read.sending =sending to them done= they got it read=they tapped on the message bar.

What does it mean if all you see is a gray check mark with no letters? No S, D or R....just a faded, gray check mark. ETA: I just tried again and noticed that there was an S and a check mark, but then the S disappeared very quickly and left just the check mark.

Ok I know there's no way to tell if someone blocked you, but is there some subtle way to tell? Like if you're blocked does it stay on S or does it go directly to D and not S?
