The right to consent to a search of your property (your car and home) and your person is your constitutional right. So, say, "I do not consent to a search of my property which is protected under the Fourth Amendment." as many times as you need to. If they don't listen to you, call an attorney so they can get anything they found suppressed.

Does this apply to border patrol. I have driven in and out of Mexico and Canada many times and at random they pull you over to search your car. Happened more at the Mexican border.
