You see the paint zoning that is used for parklife DLC and campus, we can imagine sooo many other things that use this zoning system:

-electricity production (creating a giant zone for production of electricity like a big nuclear power plant, which need a river, building for security, offices for employees... and more the nuclear power plant is big, more there is electricity, but more danger and more employees needed...)!
But also :
-Airport/ harbor (giant customizable harbors and airports!)
-malls
-prison ?
-research/scientific center
-public urban places and squares for events, outdoor market

I'm nitpicking, but:

If your powerplant has access to a water source, cooling towers are not used for 99% of the times. And vice versa, you can build power plants inland and have 8 or more cooling towers (take a look at Mohovce NPP in Slovakia for example)

The security check point is not linked in the steam collection and I can’t find it in the workshop. Could someone help me out?

i think you guys gave doel on google earth too much traffic cuz it when i try to view it on google earth everything is 3d excpect the plant and its so perfect it seems intentional. Its just pixelated
