that feint kick into a real kick at 2:03 is a thing of beauty.

At 3:18, the way he avoided the attack and countered with the same attack is extremely smooth and effortless.. Bruce was my first big time influence, I would spend hours at the bookstore reading his books/philosophy. I absolutely love you Bruce ❤

I have never seen anyone with such great footwork and movement like Lee. You cannot simply "act" those movements, no doubt he trained his ass off.

I watched this on VHS so many times I knew exactly how much to fast forward for each fight sequence. One of my all time favorites.

What I love about Bruce Lee fights is that there's an extra emphasis on ANTICIPATION of action and when it sets off, it's explosive, but only small savoury bursts. Almost every other fight scene out there is just constant hits and blocks, but people often forget that less is more. There's a reason why the 40 minute Final Game of Death is so damn enjoyable to watch. It's only three fights, but each one has a reasonable pace of action, rest, and tension.

The sequence at 1:57-2:07 gives the best portrayal of Bruce's real-life athleticism out of anything else we see in his movies. He's incredibly well balanced and light on his feet here, and he's not holding back his speed so much as he usually does for the camera. People look at his over-the-top movie movements which he purposefully slowed down for the camera and think he was just an actor, but there are glimpses of his real abilities in scenes like this one or earlier in this movie when he annihilated his friend with a side-kick into the boxes.

Bruce Lee was the only fighter that makes you forget you're watching a movie... the moves are legendary for all time.

1:57 I love this because when I spar this works. 3 front snap kicks then the fourth is a fake front snap turned into a roundhouse to the head, or question mark kick as some call it.

Its 2023, and I still love the way Bruce punches and kicks, its something about them that captivates our fighting spirit. No martial art actors today has this kind of fighting charisma. not even Jackie, not Jet, nor Donnie.

03:38 that kick Bruce delivers to the guys head was so lightning fast that all you see is the recoil....you cant see the contact of his foot to his head.
But if you slow-mo that part, you'll see Bruce's foot stop like 2 inches from his head. Now that takes an incredible amount of control and years of practice to perfect that: delivering a lightning fast kick like that to someone's head and stopping the momentum just before impact.
Bruce Lee was without doubt the greatest martial artist who ever lived.
