If your doing something simple you don't have to trace the video, you can just use the shape tool and follow the rest of the steps using the paint bucket and radial wipe.

So... notice it says "Obsolete" on the effect... which is now gone. Paint bucket no longer exists.

Can i make the line glowing? And while the animation happens can i make the line behind it disappear. for example like a worm that is speeding around the outline of the box. The worm doesnt extend to cover the whole box. It just covers some of it at a particular time. (Srry i suck at explaining… do u get wut i mean?)
