PLAYSTATION 5 NOT GOING INTO SAFE MODE - EASY FIX (July 2024)

Here is what to do if your PS5 will not go into safe mode

My hdmi port doesn't respond no signal, changed the port, cable. No change . Even i can't reach safe mode

Everytime I try to go into safe made, I hear the 3 beeps. But when I turn it back on it says restoring system storage then just goes to the profile log ins.
