General gameplan and tips when playing Hanabi :
- Similar to Karrie and Edith, Hanabi doesn't really need to target squishy heroes to be useful in teamfights, so always target the closest target you could reach AT MAX ATK RANGE as much as possible.

- For her skill's progression, always open with 2nd skill first, and then prioritize it UNTIL you're lv 6. After that, prioritize the 1st skill instead since it's more important to keep you safe (but not as important in early game, so 2nd skill is better).

- Ever since her revamp, Hanabi isn't really that weak anymore in the laning stage even by herself. Having said that, she's still easily gankable even with a CC immunity so always pay attention to the map, especially your counters.

- Since Aegis can be casted even when stunned, it can act as a pseudo-purify to prevent any followup CC targeted at you, not to mention its duration and shield value are quite high so consider using it more now.

- For items build, you can go either crit or DHS trinity, although the latter is currently more strong. As for Rose Gold Meteor (in conjunction with latest buff), while it's much better now, you don't really have the item's slot for it since you'll almost always build it as 5th or 6th item, in which case straight up Athena Shield would be much better late game item overall since it also gives HP

- When farming, always try to target the beefy target first (cart minions, the buff creeps, etc) so you'll be able to clear them a lot faster since the "real" attack's dmg will be bigger than the bounce dmg. To make that easier, you can enable "smart basic atk targeting" from the control settings (also useful for faster buffs taking on junglers).

A pretty good buff for her, its asking to be paired up with shield givers and make use of passives or functions of Rosegold meteor or Aegis. Altho still think its far from making her meta but atleast a compensation nonetheless, but it definitely seems here that moskov is now coming in close terms with hanabi 💀

She is immune to cc. She is not immune to damage. People are kind of overating a buff, her problem is still no blink skills and slow or burst. One of the hardest mm to play rn

The problem with Hanabi is the way her petal works, and it still isn't addressed to this day.
It only benefit 40% (-20% afterwards) of attack effects, and the current meta prefers the use of Trinity Build.
Now if we do the maths, Golden Staff will always trigger on the 3rd petal, which only benefits 32% of attack effects. Other heroes benefit more than that amount:
Karrie 50-70%
Claude 100% for odd procs, 30% for even procs, 67% for ult procs
Moskov 100% for first target, 80% for 2nd (pierce hit), 64% for 3rd (pierce hit) etc.
Wanwan 100% for basic atk, 35% for ult (but i believe they still haven't fixed her Golden Staff bug so it shouldn't work)
Natan I'm not sure, but I believe it's above 40% at the very least
Beatrix hurts with any build (plus her base attack scales 2x the normal amount just because she "can't" crit, nice one Moonton)
Miya works the same as Claude, but unpredictable if 1st skill is used.

Out of all Marksmen, Hanabi benefits the LEAST out of the Trinity Build, despite it being her default recommended build. The only time she would benefit from Trinity Build is when there is no target for her petals to bounce onto, or when her 2nd skill is active (which only works for ONE time only).
Critical/Hybrid Build works best for her even when against Tanky Lineup.

EDIT:One more I forgot to mention; If possible, the Golden Staff may proc earlier with excess amount of attack speed, or if the 4th petal hits (if this happens, then Golden Staff will proc during 32%, 40%, 100%, 25.6%, 32% etc.) but it is still very low compared to other heroes.

take my word. hanabi will be in the meta soon. She's good on clearing minions, destroying tanks. with trinity build she really good on team fight and holding highround when losing ( High chances of comeback ).

The only thing you need is good roamer ( tank ) that can open map for her or protect her till she has the trinity build + WoN

Layla is my favorite marksman because of her damage, passive and the fact that you can destroy turrets without creeps if you maximized her ult but it looks like Hanabi is going to be my new favorite.
