I'd remove the top monitor, unless the desk was longer in depth, but Watchung you using it I can feel the strain in my own neck.

Get rid the smaller monitor and use it as a lil' TV somewhere.
Your neck is gonna suffer from a LOT of pain this way.
You can always shift apps to other desktops and jump between desktops easily.
It's also better for your productivity as you're "hiding" distractions rather than throwing them to a "painful" location but still reachable.

Actually i got the exact same setup as u do. Only difference is that i got the lg38uc99 as monitor on top and use two gas spring arms mounted on the wall.
