FYI. OBD ports are not designed to have constant power draw going through them.

The GPS in the Syncup drive lags a little, also it does not keep accurate time for telling you how long your vehicle is parked, the app quits working or freezes some times...

Avoid it, unless you’re prepared to buy a new car battery and/or possibly even an alternator - and that’s if you’re lucky, do your research, other people have had sensors and full electrical systems go. Had battery issues twice within a week of getting SyncUP drive and both AAA roadside assistance and Audi service think this is what caused it, now it’ll cost over $1, 000 in repairs. Disappointed at T-Mobile for selling a product where they’re using our vehicles to test this tech out.
